I started Chris’s online programme after 12 months of lacking motivation to train consistently. From the start, with a clear structure in place and with Chris always being on the end of the phone for advice and tips on exercise techniques, eating and just general lifestyle habits, I quickly found myself having the ‘gym bug’ again through having clear targets and weekly check-ins with Chris to review the weeks progress and to plan the next.
