CP Fitness is a programme with proven results and is not a quick fix it’s an ultimate lifestyle change for people who are serious about creating better versions of themselves.

At CP Fitness we aim to build you long term sustainable results by educating you and giving you the simple structure to fit around your busy lifestyle. This is a bespoke and personalised coaching programme tailored to your individual needs.

TRAINING

Your training programme will be designed for your specific needs and then added to my app. At the click of a button you will have access to all your workouts where you will be able to track the weights that you lift and there are video demonstrations with descriptions on how to perform each exercise.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is just as important as your training, hours outside of the gym matter too. I will work out your macros so we can work out exactly what food and nutrition you need in your diet. We will work together help you develop a healthy mindset towards eating without you feeling completely restricted in what you can eat, understand foods and tracking what your eating is key, but I will help you learn all about this.

I will also give you meal plan examples so you can see a rough structure of what you should be eating. You will also have access to lots of healthy recipes which are great to give you some ideas of what to cook.

You will receive weekly nutritional reviews to look over your progress and see where we can improve areas or eliminate certain restrictions.

SUPPORT

Support is an integral part of this service. Any time you need to have a difficult conversation, or need a nudge on progress, I'm here for you. Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial. Ultimately I am here to help you so please lean on me whenever you need to.

The weekly progress check-in’s, access to my support group and personal review calls will ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.

Community Group

Be part of CP Fitness community. This is a group where all the members can interact and celebrate each others wins and help each other when struggling. It's a great place for people who are going through similar journeys to yourself, and can be another helpful tool to help with accountability.

Theres lots of things to get involved with - healthy recipes, monthly challenges and in-depth videos on form and exercises , there is loads going on to help you keep motivated.

With your unique login you will be able to access exclusive content and features only available to people on the course.

Through e-books and videos, you will have all the necessary resources to make a success of the programme, covering everything from the basics of getting started to nutrition, lifestyles and training.
